Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: October 13, 2026

RaceReach is operated by Dead Reckoning Labs, Inc. This page explains how to remove RaceReach’s access to your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts and how to have us delete the data we obtained from Meta. See our Privacy Policy for everything we collect.

Disconnect in RaceReach

An owner or admin of your organization can open Social connections in RaceReach and choose Disconnect. RaceReach deletes the stored Meta access token immediately and asks Meta to remove the app’s permissions. Publishing to your Pages and Instagram accounts stops at once.

Remove RaceReach from Facebook

  1. On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
  3. Find RaceReach.io and choose Remove.
  4. To also request deletion, check the option to delete data RaceReach.io may have, and confirm.

Meta notifies RaceReach when you remove the app. We then delete every access token you granted, automatically. If you asked Meta for a deletion, Meta shows you a confirmation code and a link where you can check its status.

What is deleted

  • The encrypted access token for your connection, right away.
  • The record of which Pages and Instagram accounts your grant covered, right away. Accounts stay listed in your RaceReach workspace as disconnected until your organization removes them.
  • On request by email, post metrics and copies of posts RaceReach stored from your connected accounts, within 30 days.

Content already published to Facebook or Instagram lives on Meta’s platforms. Delete it there; RaceReach does not remove published posts.

Email us

For any other deletion request, write to privacy@deadreckoninglabs.com from an address at your organization, naming the Pages or Instagram accounts concerned. We confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
