Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, email address, and organization membership, provided when you sign in and used to authenticate you and control access to the Service.
• Content you create: marketing drafts, schedules, and related records you produce inside the Service.
• Connected service data: data we access from third-party services you choose to connect, including QuickBooks Online, as described below.
• Usage and device data: standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages accessed, used to operate and secure the Service.

QuickBooks Online Integration

RaceReach offers an optional integration with QuickBooks Online, a product of Intuit Inc. If you choose to enable it, RaceReach connects to your QuickBooks Online account using OAuth 2.0. OAuth means you authorize the connection directly with Intuit, and RaceReach never sees or stores your QuickBooks username or password.

When connected, and only with your authorization, RaceReach may access accounting and financial data from your QuickBooks Online company, which can include invoices, customers, payments, and company information. We access this data solely to sync race registration and financial records, for example to reconcile registration revenue with your accounting records and to keep your financial reporting consistent across systems. We do not access QuickBooks data for any purpose you have not authorized.

The access and refresh tokens that authorize this connection are stored securely, encrypted at rest, and used only to make authorized requests on your behalf. We do not sell your QuickBooks Online data, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the Service (for example, our hosting and database providers acting on our behalf) or as required by law.

You can disconnect the QuickBooks Online integration at any time from within RaceReach, or by revoking access from the Intuit App Center or your QuickBooks Online account settings. When you disconnect, we stop accessing your QuickBooks data and delete the stored access and refresh tokens for that connection. Your use of QuickBooks Online is also governed by Intuit’s own terms and privacy policy.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• authenticate users and enforce access controls;
• sync registration and financial records between RaceReach and connected services such as QuickBooks Online;
• communicate with you about the Service, including service-related notices; and
• protect the security and integrity of the Service and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information or your connected financial data. We share information only with service providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf and that are bound to protect it, when required to comply with applicable law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dead Reckoning Labs, our users, or the public. If Dead Reckoning Labs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we will continue to protect information consistent with this policy and provide notice where required.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and encryption at rest for sensitive credentials such as OAuth tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Data Deletion

You can disconnect any connected service, including QuickBooks Online, at any time, which stops further data access and removes the stored tokens for that connection. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information and the data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at privacy@deadreckoninglabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by businesses and their staff and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
